Description
The Welding Earth Clamp creates the electrical return path between the welding machine and the workpiece during arc, MIG and TIG operations. Strong spring pressure or screw tightening helps maintain contact on steel plate, pipe, frames and fabricated components. Copper-plated and brass-contact models improve conductivity and heat resistance. Current rating, jaw opening, contact material, cable connection, clamping force, insulation and compatibility with the welding lead should be selected for the machine output and working surface.
