Description
The Water-Finding Paste is applied in a thin layer to a clean sounding rod or gauging tape before it is lowered into a compatible fuel or oil tank. Contact with free water produces a visible colour change that indicates the water interface and approximate depth. Reaction time and colour depend on the product and temperature. Paste type, fuel compatibility, water sensitivity, application thickness, reaction time, temperature range, tube size, shelf life, storage, disposal and permission for manual tank gauging must follow the instructions.
