Description
The Thread Pitch Gauge helps technicians identify the pitch and profile of screws, bolts, threaded rods and pipe fittings during vessel maintenance. Individual leaves are matched against the thread until the tooth profile fits correctly. Metric, Whitworth, UNC, UNF and pipe-thread sets can be supplied separately or in combined tools. Thread system, pitch range, leaf quantity, profile angle, material, etched marking, holder design, corrosion resistance, storage and confirmation with diameter measurement must suit the identification task.
