Description
The Stainless Steel Self-Tapping Screw forms or cuts its own thread in compatible sheet metal, polymer or prepared pilot holes during shipboard installation. It is useful for securing panels, trims, covers, ducts and light fittings where access for a nut is limited. Pan, countersunk and hex-washer heads are available with sharp or drill-point tips. Material grade, diameter, length, point type, head, drive, pilot-hole requirement, sheet thickness, package quantity and risk of galvanic interaction must match the application.
