Description
The Marine S-Trap forms a water seal between a basin or sink waste and a floor-directed drainage connection aboard commercial vessels. The retained water helps reduce odours and gases entering cabins and washrooms from the waste line. Plastic, brass and stainless-steel models are available with adjustable or fixed dimensions. Connection diameter, inlet and outlet size, seal depth, material, cleanout provision, telescopic adjustment, gasket type, corrosion exposure and alignment with the basin and deck drain must be confirmed before installation.
