Description
The Marine Gate Valve uses a rising or non-rising gate to provide straight-through isolation in vessel piping. When fully open, the unobstructed flow path produces relatively low pressure loss, making the valve suitable for services that are normally fully open or closed. Bronze, cast-iron, ductile-iron, steel and stainless bodies are available with threaded or flanged ends. Nominal size, body and trim material, stem type, pressure class, seat, temperature, end standard, handwheel, class approval and fluid compatibility must match the system specification.
