Description
The Galvanized Pipe Elbow changes the direction of threaded steel pipework in compatible fresh-water, air, drainage and general utility services. Malleable-iron and steel fittings are available in 45-degree and 90-degree patterns with female or male-female threads. Zinc coating offers practical corrosion resistance, but the fitting is not suitable for every seawater, fuel or chemical application. Nominal size, angle, thread standard, pressure class, base material, coating, wall thickness, fluid, temperature and compatibility with connected metals must follow the piping design.
