Description
The Buoyant Orange Smoke Signal produces a dense, highly visible smoke cloud at water level for daytime distress identification. The self-contained signal floats after deployment and marks the position of a liferaft, lifeboat, casualty or vessel awaiting assistance. Waterproof construction and protected activation support emergency marine use. Smoke colour, emission duration, ignition method, buoyancy, expiry date, transport classification, storage conditions and SOLAS approval must be verified for the vessel inventory.
